Description
BT One Phone brings your fixed lines, mobile phones and phone system together, into a single hosted service that has flexibility at its heart.
That means your customers can call your office or mobile number and get through to you on your mobile phone. The BT One Phone Application allows you to control your BT One Phone service when and where you want.
My Status shows you your current presence status, number of new and saved voicemail messages, your last 3 calls and other useful information depending on the privileges for your user account.
Presence status can be updated while on the move
The company directory can be viewed and used to automatically call colleagues and see their presence status, or whether they are busy on another call. The company directory in the app is available also in an off-line mode.
Local directory sync downloads the company directory into a separate contact group locally in your mobile phone. This makes it easy to call colleagues from your contacts and incoming calls also show the name of the colleague calling you.
“Follow-me” lets you easily redirect all your incoming calls to a different number
