It's not great. I agree with the other comments but ever since they updated the app its got rid of all my albums that's taken me months to sort out because my pictures weren't in date order as it is on my phone! There everywhere making it really difficult for me to find anything! Now all my albums have gone which I'm really annoyed at! Expecially since it's taken me months to do! Its gone from bad to even worse which I didn't think could happen!

This used to be a great app, very easy and intuitive to use. Then BT 'upgraded' the app to include far less functionality, the removal of a search feature, files don't get stored in correct folders. This app is nowhere near as good as it once was. If BTs goal is to make people not want to use their service then they are doing a great job.

BT cloud seems to work fine on my PC but on my mobile it is useless. I have thousands of files backed up but if I'm away from my PC, I cannot find a search function on the app to find one of those files on my mobile. Instead I have to scroll through all the files to find anything. WHERE IS THE SEARCH FUNCTION?

I find it incredible that a big Internet provider cannot create a simple cloud system. Occasionally I try to use it because it's part of my BT package and everything is all over the place. Files mixed up any many you can't watch in order. When trying to login on a laptop, I get a message that I'm not subscribed and I have a great problem finding cloud in my BT. Suggest you have a look at Google

AVOID. Finally got a support call after two months and a complaint. BT are aware there are known issues with the Android version of this app. BT don't know when it will be fixed or even the next update release date of this app. Have to say this pretty much sums up the BT experience. Complete garbage, try something without known issues instead.

So far so good, I picked a couple of things to back up and it's doing it automatically now. I'm not putting loads on the cloud as I don't know how long I will be using BT broadband.

Quick and easy to get set up, would be great if you can import other files from another backup cloud, Amazon, photobucket or Google.

Uploaded pictures not appearing in the cloud. Says upload complete. Never used to be an issue.

Now the Android app is failing every 24 hours in logs itself out with no setting that's obvious . Not good for a cloud service I don't have Twitter you have had complaints raised against you since September last year i am a BT customer so contact me as you normally do

Waste of time now used to be fine but since last few updates it not been working or saving my pictures.And is part of my bt package so get it fixed please..
