BSOD Les écrans bleus sous Windows

Windows peut vous alerter d'un problème sur votre machine avec l'apparition d'un écran bleu inquiétant. Cet écran est aussi appelé "Ecran bleu de la mort" ou BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death en anglais).

Pour vous aider à localiser la panne ou le problème, il y a sur cet écran bleu au moins une information importante à ne pas négliger : l'erreur stop.

Cette erreur stop est toujours de forme "STOP: 0x-----" suivi d'un code et quelquefois le nom du fichier qui pose problème peut apparaître (le plus souvent il s'agit d'un fichier avec une extension .sys indiquant un problème de driver).

Dans le cadre d'un dépannage, il est très important de noter l'intégralité des ces informations qui aideront à la résolution de la panne, ou qui du moins donneront des indications sur l'origine du problème détecté par Windows.
