Arrived in the most water-rich holiday area in Germany - and now? If you are tired of sifting through confusing event calendars and countless pages for excursion destinations, then we have something for you: With the new Brandenburg app you can experience more of Brandenburg.
Discover your surroundings
In the new Brandenburg app you will find so many ways to enjoy your break - no matter how long your break here is. Depending on your wishes, discover which latest exhibitions and local markets are taking place in your area, which restaurants and bars are currently open or where the best tours on foot, by bike and on the water are.
Keep track of events and excursion destinations around:
• Water
• Active & nature
• Art and culture
• Wellness / health
• Eat Drink
Whether on a map or as a list - the search for events, excursion destinations or tours shows everything that is in your area thanks to automatic location determination. The entries provide you with the most important information at a glance: a short description, a picture gallery and contact details for inquiries and bookings. Anyone who wants to memorize the most beautiful places of longing can compile lists as they wish. And all of this is completely free of charge and advertising.
The features in detail
• GPS, WLAN and cellular positioning
• Display and sorting of search results according to distance from one's own location in map or list view in the areas of events, excursion destinations, gastronomy, tours, accommodation providers
• Full text search and various filter options
• Maps: Openstreetmap
• Link to routing on the Google road network
• Compilation of your own watch lists and storage after logging into the app
• Online booking of accommodation providers and links to tickets for events, as stored by the providers
One more thing: At the moment we are working on making the saved tourist information and the downloaded maps also available offline. Our goal is to be able to roll out an update on this in the coming year.
