Shape/limit the speed of your downloads. This is useful if you're on 3G or LTE and don't want videos and songs to download fast, burning through your data.
PLEASE READ before leaving a low rating:
- Support depends on the ROM (ie it may work on some Galaxy S3s and not on others). And Play Store does not allow hiding apps based on the ROM.
- This app requires a ROOTed phone.
- The speed limit you set does not persist across reboots.
