Coaching and mentoring your organization on risk tolerance starts here.
The user inputs their safety observations in the app while at the workface. The user is prompted to intervene and provide coaching to the workforce for any observed at risk behaviours.
Gathering of real time leading indicator data and the use of built-in reports to help leaders understand where the risk is and what to do about it.
