It was working brilliantly but since the release of the new app I'm not able to check on here. Yes sounds stupid, hold on. When I try to sign into the new one because I have been a boost customer for years I can't use the new one because it's not ready or whatever. But i can't use the old one because all the attention is on the new app. Getting 2 stars because it worked brilliantly for years. But very frustrating being between apps with no way to check balance or recharge easily

Zero stars. I am angry and disgusted to be force to change into a product that does not work doesn't recognise my phone as a device. To prevent me from rechargeing my phone so close to expiring. I use my phone for work. This new app doesnt allow me to view anything and now I have to phone you to sort the App out. Isnt it interesting that my setting have also been changed to Data Roaming on the same day as the text to notify me of the changes. My data had shot sky high. I thought this company/ network was perfect. Not anymore may look elsewhere.

This is a review of the app and not of Boost service or cell reception. Only the app, I want to make that clear. I've followed the reviews for this app for as long as I've been with Boost. The app has always had a lot of bad reviews. Despite that my experience has been pretty decent. Yeah there were bugs but they were small and easy to overcome. I don't know what the hell has changed. Now all I get is a message, "It appears you're using a Telstra sim" and now no app features work.

Terrible company who are unable to help. All this too and fro- between Telstra Technical based on India and Boost Customer service based who knows where, are unable to solve the simplest of problems ie cleaning up their new mobile app that actually doesn't work in my Samsung Android phone. Having been able to use this phone and SIM card for nearly 2 years, the app tells me that it can't detect a SIM card. Now how F%$+^d is that ! I'm a very very very very very very very disgruntled customer !!!!

What a total joke the effing app wont download and it keeps recycling the 'verification' prompt after I have already 'verified'I think its it might be time to choose another provider. Attempt 2 so it tells me I already have the latest app so why cant I see my balance and recharge? Boost you have stuffed up DELUXE !

What the hell have you fools done now. Something that was simple is now a waste if time. 39 minutes later after telling me to download a app I have had to log into google acc for what ever reason which then wanted to connect boost with a old TV I had that boost should know nothing about. I just want to see what data is left and if you haven't messed this new thing up. Seems you have 40mins of my life for nothing

Don't know why this new App is created and don't know why my account needed to be updated to the Boost Mobile Prepaid plan. The new App is totally unnecessary. What's wrong with the old one?😞 When trying to open the App after first installation, there's an error and was told to try again later. And I cannot access to my account via the original Boost Mobile App anymore. So annoying 🙄

-5 stars this app is rubbish could not recharge phone because of error messages. Uninstalled and re installed to try and fix no luck been 2 months without credit tried #111# still would not let me recharge finally got it recharged using my partners phone online. Even with credit it shows nothing but error messages please fix the bloody app BOOST this is an ongoing thing that many people have complained about

The previous version was so much better and user friendly! It showed the required info and other account details with ease. This just does not load or show any info. Keeps on saying page error and takes you to the boost link with the changes that have come in. Really disappointed with this update and the way it has been rolled out! Hope there is a quick fix/solution being looked into! Does not seem like it was well thought through?!

Have tried to set-up auto recharge for more than 6 months but without any success. Just a message "Something went wrong. Please try again later" 6 months or more later still trying! Strongly considering changing servers.
