Fixes & Improvements 

- Refreshed TTS & Media Overlay functionality. - Now pages turn when they should. Also resolved a few other related issues. 

- Fixed bug with downloads being stuck on some devices and storage based improvements 

- Implemented flexible in-app updates with cool down checks .  This allows readers that do not want to get the latest fixes to not be disrupted.
