BMF Belegcheck

BMF app for companies, which are subject to the cash register obligation according to §131b BAO, for the examination of start and annual receipts from cash registers.
Note: The BMF voucher check app can not be used by private individuals to check a voucher!

This app, developed by the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF), makes it possible to check the start and annual receipts of cash registers with a security device (§§6 (4) and 8 (3) RKSV).
 
It provides the following features for registering the legally required machine-readable code on cash register receipts:

BELEG SCAN
A QR code is scanned and transmitted to the audit service of the BMF.

ENTER LINK / CODE
If a link is indicated on the receipt instead of a QR code, this can be entered here. The machine-readable code stored in the link is subsequently transmitted to the BMF Testing Service.
If the machine-readable code is printed on the receipt instead of a QR code or link, this can be entered here and subsequently transmitted to the BMF inspection service.

OFFLINE EVIDENCE
If the transmission of the machine-readable code to the BMF inspection service is not possible, it will be cached in the app. The feature allows you to check or delete every single document.

VERIFIED PAGES
All documents sent to the BMF inspection service will be saved in the app with the associated test result.

The verification of documents requires an authentication code. This will be announced after successful registration of your cash register and signature or seal creation unit via FinanzOnline.

The inspection service, to which the machine-readable code was provided, compares the data in the machine-readable code with the data registered via FinanzOnline (§16 RKSV).
 
The result of the check is displayed directly on the device used.
