What kind of app that doesn't support the universal language English, not everyone can understand French, plus I downloaded this app only to pay WIN bill (not even my account), but it didn't work. so what also doesn't work in this app.

The worst app ever I can't activate and deactivate dotation when needed, the balance needs 72 hours to be updated each time you withdraw your money which can get me confused most of the time. And sending money by application is a puzzle for me because it so complicated and slow

The Application seems down since a week ago or more, disappointed about this problem, you have to fix it as soon as possible !

It's very slow to show my recent transactions, sometimes it takes up to a week without showing my last transactions. And sometimes it shows me an error and won't let me check how much I have in my account, plus it's not nicely looking and not well organized. I hope you guys work on a better version, that's what your customers need, I hope you take this seriously. I've had an account on another bank (abroad) and the app was way better and faster, that's why I'm seeing this huge difference.

Can you add other languages in addition to French? Plus transactions don't show up in the app immediately. It take days.

Today 4th June 2021 the bmce app and online banking seems to be down ,can't log into my account anymore,having just sent a small remittance... NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM A BANK APP OR WEBSITE . PLEASE FIX .

Very slow sync Bad service. Some ATM are old and they still using it. Sometimes no money on them in the weekend. App is trash.

I did not like the latest update as it does not whow the last transactions right away, sometimes even for 48h afterwards, which wasn't in the previous version of this app, I hope you can correct that. Thank you.
