Great for communication but it's needs to work more efficiently as I had to Uninstal it and re-download which is something I REALLY do not like to do as this is not good for your phone when doing so!!! I had made sure the app was up to date but it was created a problem every time the app was opened causing me to have to restart my phone just to get out of it!

Not ideal by any measure, but my child's school uses it. Would prefer a WhatsApp group chat. Photos and videos take forever to load. Chats crash. And overall a slow interface. Wouldn't use unless I had to.

The app is very laggy and not very user friendly. I can't figure out how to see my childs egg or how to turn on notifications when new awards are given to her.

It keeps glitching where I can not see anything besides the start up keep glinting whats going on . I cant know or communicate with anyone if it keep doing this says I have a notification but can recive it cause it stay on the start up.

I absolutely hate this App. It creates so much anxiety for me. You can't receive text notifications unless you pay for the app. I didn't choose this form of communication. The teacher did. Why should I have to pay for it? So now, the only way for me to see if teach has sent anything out is to check the app daily. I often miss messages from the teacher with test and quiz announcements. Not to mention, I can't just message the teacher. It has to go out to ALL the parents. Who actually WANTS THAT?!

It won't let me sign in through the app, it would let me change the password through the app. It says invalid when its not!! This is an awful app.
