Users can also start or stop the alerts using notification bar. The interval may be 10 seconds for remembering to blink your eyes while concentrating intensely on phone or 30 minutes to avoid procrastination while using phone. Blink Alert also helps users to remember blinking the eyes often, as straining eyes without blinking could cause a lot of health issues.
