Made an account less the 24 hours ago. Can't log in the next day and even tried resetting my password but it didn't work. Called customer support but they said premium would reach out and yet still no change. IF YOU ASK ME IT IS A SCAM!

Neither the site or app is very functional to use. Too many messages and alerts for simple things like liking your profile, viewing your page. You have to view your messages on a computer to be able to go past the first page, which is super inconvenient, so I had a ton of messages I missed or wasn't able to read because of it. Too high of a price for a very simple non functional app.

I used to be able to see who all viewed me on the website but not anymore I can only see one page & at the bottom of the page it a link to "return to connect directory." I have over 200 views & cant even go look at them. This is disappointing. I downloaded the app to see if it would make a difference load and behold the app has very few options.....the view option isn't even there. This is ridiculous I'm deleting the app it's no use. Please don't tell me to send an email because I already did!

Waste of time Rip off to upgrade.Ive been on for about a month and it shows the same people over and over. I updated my preferences and it still showed the same people. After going thru those it shows people 6 hours from my location it completely skipped all of the towns adjacent to my zip code and default to the same zip code thats 6 hours from me. I called customer service and they were no help at all. This is a total waste of time and money. I changed my zip code with no change in people.

When I used this app years ago. It was the greatest, made many friendships. My experience today was awful, In order to change my location i had to actually call for permission & i can no longer make self changes. I am a Paying customer, When i asked if someone can reach out to me the Tech says No. When i said i will not renew my subscription Tech was ready to terminate my subscription in the conversation. Wow!! I will not renew my subscription & will share w/others my experience.
