Unsere Service-Funktionen können Sie auch nutzen, wenn Sie nicht Kunde der BKS Bank sind. Die BKS App bietet Ihnen unter anderem folgende Banking-Funktionen: Finanzen: Überblick über Ihre Konten, Sparkonten, Kreditkarten und Depots samt detaillierter Darstellung der wesentlichen Umsatzinformationen. Überweisung: Durchführung von SEPA-Überweisungen. QR-Code- und IBAN-Reader: Erspart Ihnen eine manuelle Erfassung von Zahlungsdaten bei SEPA-Überweisungen. Übertrag: Geld schnell zwischen Konten überweisen. Auftragsstatus: Archiv aller SEPA-Überweisungen inkl. Wiederhol-Funktion. Kartenverwaltung: Erhöhen oder senken Sie Limite für POS-Transaktionen oder Bargeldbezug Ihrer Maestrokarte. Sie reisen in das EU-Ausland? Deaktivieren Sie die Funktion GeoControl Ihrer Maestrokarte, um auch im EU-Ausland Bargeld aus Geldausgabeautomaten beziehen können. Kontaktdetails bei Verlust oder Diebstahl Ihrer Maestro-(Bankomat) oder Kreditkarte. Hilfe & Feedback: BKS App Kundenservice (Kontaktdetails), FAQ und Feedback. Maximale Sicherheit: Der Einstieg erfolgt mit Ihrer Internetbanking-Verfügernummer und Ihrer PIN. Ihre Überweisungen geben Sie mittels SecurityCard (wie im Internetbanking "MyNet") frei. Beim erstmaligen Login definieren Sie ein persönliches Sicherheitsmuster. Dazu müssen Sie mindestens vier Punkte ohne abzusetzen miteinander verbinden und das Sicherheitsmuster anschließend bestätigen. Damit wird verhindert, dass unbefugte Personen auf Ihre App zugreifen, während Sie eingeloggt sind. Help & Feedback: BKS App Customer Service (contact details), FAQ and Feedback. Maximum security: The entry takes place with your internet banking access number and your PIN. You make your transfers available via SecurityCard (as in Internet banking "MyNet").   When logging in for the first time, you define a personal security pattern. To do this, you must connect at least four points without disconnecting and then confirm the security pattern. This will prevent unauthorized people from accessing your app while you're logged in.
