Description
BIMax+ is a complete solution for project quality assurance and quality control engaging all key project members on the project:
• Defect management:
o Main contractors: can easily conduct an inspection, rectification progress tracking of the defect and capture data with mobile devices.
o Sub-contractors: can receive notification from mobile devices, real time access and update information through their mobile devices
o Project management team: real time monitors and tracks the defect rectification progress through mobile devices and web-based platform
o All auto-generation of defect record and report, dashboard etc.
• Site/PPVC/PBU inspection management:
o Main contractors: can easily call for inspection through the mobile devices, track and monitor the inspection progress, update information in real time.
o Consultant: can receive notification from mobile devices (call for inspection by Main contractor), real time access and update information through their mobile devices, user friendly checking on each item in the e-form
o Project management team: real time monitors and tracks the inspection progress through mobile devices and web-based platform
o All auto-generation of inspection record/report with e-signature from relevant parties.
