Bihar Sugam Smart Meter is a smart app for pre-paid meter consumers. It allows you to track your electricity consumption in real-time as well as know how much balance is remaining in your meters. This new app lets you recharge your meter from home or on the go using the preferred payment method. The main features of the app include the following:
1. Provides alerts for low or no balance
2. Predicts the number of days left before your balance will run out
3. Displays your daily, weekly and monthly energy usage and cost (Please verify)
4. Enables managing multiple connections through a single user account
5. Allows you to recharge the meter in simple and easy steps
6. Provides an alert if the load is high
7. Enables you to raise a request or complaint
8. Allows you to check your purchase history
