If I could give this app 10 Stars I would. I'm not a senior or visually impaired I just hate small fonts! Why can't Google understand some people don't like miniature text! All the apps that come with the Android phone are useless! I wish Big Launcher could develop a whole operating system. I also like the black and blue high contrast features. I think Google wants us to squint our eyes until we all wear glasses. Thanks Big Launcher!

Almost had a win with this app. My mom wants a phone that opens the PHONE when she presses the PHONE icon, not a list of other options (one of which is the PHONE). Too bad, though. The huge number keys are great!

Love this app!!!! Thank you for all of your hard work. Now, that said, I have a few requests/questions. Can you set it up so I can have an 'add call' options? Sometimes I need to do 3 way conference calls. Or else an easy way to go to the phones dialer instead? I bet you have this...I need help finding it. Also, I updated some contacts in my gmail contacts list, but they didn't updated in BIG Phone. Can you tell me how to sync it? The phone says it synced, but the contacts aren't updated. Looking for ideas. Thank you again. Your apps are helping my dad have more independence. We are appreciative of your many efforts.

Ok this app is really good for my mom with macula degeneration....she got very excited to realize she can see the huge numbers and finally be able dial a number.....however I am not that happy as I paid for the full version of this app to get all the goodies and after I paid for, I see no difference with the free version. son pls kindly refund my money or activate whatever it is extra with the paid version I paid for. A really awesome feature you should consider to add to your wonderful app for seniors with sight issues, is SPEED DIAL!!!! OMG!!! I am surprised you have not already included this precious capability to your great app!!! Please do, asap, that would save my mom and many other seniors so much time and pain to dial sometimes 11 digits to call across the globe! Thanks so much and hope I get my refund or the extra feature it has the BIG PHONE FOR SENIORS and yes, i had already downloaded the BIG LAUNCHER too...not sure my mom would have any use of the BIG SMS, as it is hard enough to dial numbers and to try spell words...anyhow, thanks again for thinking of the seniors of the world, that sometimes are so forgotten

I just paid for the full version of this app and I actually like it BUT it could use some work. I need to conference call sometimes and cannot figure out where to do it. PLEASE ADD CONFERENCE CALLING!!! Also make it so that your dial launcher, email, conference call, text messages and contact list are all on the same page so you don't have to go hunting for them. This app is not only for seniors, but people who have a hard time seeing small print.

On my Huawei phone (Honor 5x), couldn't get past the 'default permissions' screens. I manually assigned the Big Phone as my default dialer but it doesn't recognize it as such. Also, upon reading the other reviews, i think it's cruel of the developers to block the keypad during a call unless you pay. Many seniors call their insurance companies and other services that require a touch tone phone for the menu system.

Can't get past page one:-)I got a phone call about 2 hrs ago from a woman telling me that I had been approved and the phone would be here in 5 TO 7 days. What gives???? Please contact me. I have a land line and a cell phone. I have very poor vision even with glasses and have had 3 major surgeries in the past 14 months. I was hit in my left ear by my first husband and have lost 54 percent of my hearing. I am 82 years old. M Benton

I used this app till about a year ago and I want to install it on another phone I have but the new version of this app absolutely is awful can't even make screen changes to add screens anymore. I bought the full version thinking it would unlock the opportunity to make more screens and it did not so I'm hoping to get my money back as I have paid for this once back a while ago. You're making me pay twice with this app what a rip-off I want my money back

Bought full version for my mom. 1. "Dial Number" doesn't work. It just flashes and doesn't show the dial pad. 2. Changing preferences doesn't save the new settings. There is no "save" button.

Develepor makes updates that change functionality. Confusing for my grandfather. For example, without premium, the keypad can no longer be used during voicemail, rendering it inoperable. I'm okay with paying. I'm not okay with scummy updates.
