O bHelp permite que profissionais de saúde respondam a questões de cidadãos. Necessidades - cidadãos que não sabem como ter resposta a outras questões relacionadas com saúde, sejam físicas ou psicológicas, do próprio ou de terceiros; -questões de ansiedade provocadas pela dificuldade económica e eventual desemprego; - questões que habitualmente são esclarecidas pelos USF, médico assistente e SNS24, têm neste momento uma sobrecarga do sistema, podendo esta aplicação agilizar estes processos. Benefícios - disseminar mensagens de saúde pública e informação fidedigna; - promover cuidados de saúde remotos; - promover a boa gestão da sintomatologia e da própria doença; - mobilizar recursos e redes de apoio. BHelp allows healthcare professionals to answer citizens' questions. Needs - citizens who do not know how to answer other health-related questions, whether physical or psychological, of themselves or others; - anxiety issues caused by economic hardship and eventual unemployment; - issues that are usually clarified by the USF, attending physician and SNS24, currently have an overload of the system, and this application can streamline these processes. Benefits - disseminate public health messages and reliable information; - promoting remote health care; - promote good management of symptoms and the disease itself; - mobilize resources and support networks.
