The app is good, but the delivery service is awful. Customer service not supportive at all. I waited for my order for a month, the carrier has tried to find me once without contacting me or sending sms/viber. I called the local carrier but they wanted a # which was not available in the app to track the order, called customer service they did not have the number either. Dead end. So I waited for monthand now will have to wait for a month more to get the 300 eur back

The app has no option to go back when you check out with Paypal. It happend now second time that after a klick on additional informations Paypal, there was not any way to get back to the checkout. Every Browser has options to go back but these app not. The worst is that after you restart the best secret app the basket is empty and all items are not available anymore. The support write everytime the same standard answer that the items have been restored in the basket which never happened.

They fail to deliver on time. There is always someone else to blame (the customs, the carriers..). They fail to reply to your queries and properly handle your issues. Have been shopping with them many times. Great price you would ever get compare to other websites. I never return items since they always fit to my size. But it would help if the descriptions and sizing information be more detail especially on shoes. Sometimes the mix and match they do on the model doesn't flatter the item, like beautiful blouse with an ugly pants. Wishlist also a problem for me. When I check on an item on my wishlist and click back, it doesn't return to the page I was before.

First order returned before leaving Germany, yet the destination was Greece, very dissapointing since i don't understand how that can happen, now waiting for my refund. one of the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The first time I used the app I have ordered a big order with many items. 1. I have received my order late 2. Three items with wrong size 3. One item missing I have submitted complain forms and sent emails but noone replied to me for more than one week. Never again. Use amazon instead better customer service. Get the title for your item from bestsecret and search for it on amazon you will find it with the same or better price
