I have had my new hearing aids for 5 days and had no problem connecting my Samsung A21 using the BeMore app. It is very easy to control the hearing aids. My biggest complaint is I can't stream audio or phone calls. According to Samsung, my phone is hearing aid compatible but apparently the app doesn't work with the A21 phone. I can't find any contact information to find out if the A21 will ever be included on the list of compatible devices.

I really like this app, it has a nice clean interface and is easy to use to adjust the settings how you want them, as a tinnitus sufferer, it gives plenty of options to change the settings to how my tinnitus is on the day, also allows you to get in touch with your local audiology department for questions regarding settings, faults even order new batteries etc.

Received my new GN hearing aid today, but unfortunately my experience is the same as many others. Using my Moto g8 power, it detects it no problem, but will not pair - just comes up with an error message. Tried several times; bluetooth and location both switched on as requested; rebooted phone, but no joy whatsoever. Hence one star is too generous as the app is currently useless.

Absolutely brilliant. It works beautifully on my Oneplus 8 phone giving me complete control over my Ambio 77 hearing aids. The hearing aids are excellent and are a revelation when used in conjunction with the app. So much better than my previous NHS aids. Now I'vetried the app in a restaurant it's truly amazing and can really reduce background noise, so you hear what is being said on your table rather than just the background cacophony. My audiologist set it up really well.

Absolutely worthless app. Does not stream via Samsung A41. Website showing supported devices (link in app) broken. Regularly loses connection with hearing aids, requiring a long repairing sequence, making it effectively useless as a "remote control". Programmes indistinguishable In app as their identifying names spontaneously reverted to "omnidirectional", although they work fine when toggling the hearing aid buttons. Very limited sound control. Volume settings reset when restarting hearingaids

Used to be a really stable app but since the last update if I go to change settings either built-in or a created favourite the app say my aid is not connected and then searches for it, finds it then connects to the default setting. Very annoying.

I have a pair of ambio 62 aids and a hauwei p30 pro phone. I tried for days to connect to this app, would only connect the left or the right but not as a pair. Finally got them to connect as a pair but still not working. It seems like only half the app has downloaded. I have no program selections at the top of the screen for Streaming, TV etc and the volume is not working for calls or for just turning up and down. Doesn't connect to my calls either. If anyone at the app wants to get in touch..

Doesn't stream audio and no volume control. Not much good for the NHS!! I have the Samsung A40... please make it work with this phone ASAP.
