beam is the simple and secure way to control and monitor your garage door from anywhere in the world, without replacing your existing garage door opener. The app uses industry-standard security technology to keep your data—and access to your garage—safe and secure.
With beam, you can:
- Control one garage door with a Smart Control Kit installed *
- Customize your door name
- Recieve notifications if you’ve left your door open
- Grant access to your friends and family—no need to buy extra remotes!
- Monitor your door’s activity
- Setup integrations with other smarthome products and services, such as Amazon Alexa and IFTTT
- Lock app via fingerprint
*The beam app requires the purchase and installation of a Smart Control Kit, which is compatible with garage door openers made after 1993 with a photo-eye safety system, with sectional doors. Learn more at beamlabs.io.
