Description
With BCEL One application, card holders can access their card accounts which can be both ATM and credit cards issued by BCEL bank in Laos. The app allows the card holders view their card information, pay for their utility bills, temporarily suspend their cards, transfer their fund and provides feedback/report by scanning QR Code... and many more. For credit cards, card holders can view their transactions and also can enable/disable online payment for their cards in order to avoid any unauthorized usage.
