Robbed of gems and chests...used gems for special chests...it takes my gems but never got a chest...doesn't give you credit for your wins...so many issues...emailed support and haven't received a resoonse...un sure if game is really active...shame because it started out fun

Great game/idea/graphics, battle after 3min no cards available, also add reward coins after victory, add for vip some victory reward and so we can start open more than one chest and much more. Also, add the game MANUAL PLZ, a lot of features are TURNED OFF, REALLY?

Latest update and now the game won't start. Customer service simply states to clear cache/storage & reinstall, but still doesn't work. No other help.

So I like it and it is fun but your matchmaking absolutely blows. I mean it sucks a-holes. Such a vital part of a multi-player game and you botched it. You cannot put, for ex., a 1200 to fight 1650. He loses everytime no matter what. U have a winner if you fix that, otherwise it is single player only.

Great game but sometimes chests don't open and just disappear, forcing multiple restarts. I tried contacting support and they ignored me. Other than that, fun game. 2021 update, game still not fixed. Locks up mid game so you cannot deploy troops but the other guy can. These devs just don't care.

I love the game but have to echo the other reviewers...waiting on the boxes to open, but they don't and you don't receive the rewards. I think you should quit replying with your canned answer, contact the link you so freely give us and see that the issue is resolved.

Really starting to think this game is rigged can't even get by the first stage career I beat nine of them can't go any further have put a significant amount of money into this game and can't get by the first career stage that's BS so if you don't want to spend shitload of money don't bother with this game

The matchmaking is all over the place and my cards for my units to use in battle all disappeared and i couldn't do anything but watch as my enemy blew up my base on multiple occasions so this game seems like a waste of time

I really like this game but I legit can't even play anymore. There are so many cheaters and they don't even try to hide themselves anymore. And all 433 will say to help is contact support. How about get rid of the cheaters instead. I don't want to hear contact support. It's your job to find them and get rid of them. Move to one star. If I could give zero I would
