Description
Our Standards of Business Conduct is a global policy of British American Tobacco, expressing the high standards of integrity we are committed to upholding.
It covers a range of areas including Speak Up, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Gifts and Entertainment, Respect in the Workplace, Human Rights, Environment, Lobbying and Engagement, Data Privacy, Ethics, and Artificial Intelligence, Confidentiality and information security, Anti-tax Evasion and Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Export Controls, and many others.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct defines the minimum standards we expect of our Suppliers, and covers many of the same policy areas as our SoBC.
This SoBC app enables users to:
• View our SoBC and Supplier Code policies in multiple languages
• Search for their local confidential Speak Up (whistleblowing) hotline, and call from the app
• Login to the SoBC Portal to disclose conflicts of interest
• Contact the Group Designated Officers (GDO’s) or Head of Compliance at the Group HQ
• Access other information such as a guide to making ethical decisions, who to speak to if you have questions or concerns, and the role of line managers in supporting a culture of integrity
