Description
The Barrett SDR (Software Defined Radio) Remote App is a FREE Advanced Remote-Control Application for the Barrett 4050 HF SDR from Barrett Communications.
Prerequisites:
- Barrett 4050 HF SDR with Remote Access option enabled
- Network connection to the Barrett 4050 HF SDR using WiFi or Ethernet
Intuitive user interface to configure and control the Barrett 4050 HF SDR over IP. This application gives the user all the same operational control as using a control head connected directly to the SDR. The application offers auto re-connect on dropped network links.
After granting the permissions please close the the app via the Recent Apps feature of Android (square button in the navigation bar). The microphone will not be enabled until this has occurred.
