- English speaking services
The app and all teledoctor services are optionally available in English.
Requirements:
You need a BARMER user account to use the teledoctor app. You can set this up for your protected member area "My BARMER" at www.barmer.de/meine-barmer.
For legal reasons, the use of the video consultation in the app is independently possible from the age of 16. For persons under the age of 16, it is necessary for parents or guardians to be present.
