Bought a pair of H95's and the app is terrible. As soon as you change it from optimal to any other setting, the sound messes up. Even on the custom EQ, the sound goes distorted and requires a phone reset to get it working on optimal again. Tried on three different android phones with the same result. Many a complaint from other B&O users and no updates to get it working. Please try and get it working as it should.

This app does absolutely nothing. Even when tapping my phone to the speaker and it shows a picture of it on the screen, connects and then says starting setup, this useless app continously says it cannot find the speaker..... Even when it's already connected to my phone through Bluetooth..... useless app. Fix the app to where it actually recognizes your speakers and maybe I'll change my rating. All though the headphones are great, the app is absolutely garbage. The app can't pair with my headphones, but my phone has no problems at all. Tier 3 App for premium sound devices. Sadly you need the app to change the settings on your headphones 🙃

Worst app, useless app... play Store don't have option for zero rating otherwise this app deserves the same. Thia app is not detecting and not connecting to my bang and Olufsen beosound A1 2nd generation. App is not working properly 😔. You need to resolve this problem. This app is good for nothing..

This app is horrible. I own a pair of Beoplay Portals for my Xbox and constant connection issues even after the "update". Wish the app was as good of quality as the headsets.

This app bricked my headphones Up until they made the app essential to use the headphones I have no problems with it. Now after 5 years of having them they stopped connecting to my phone. Such a shame they ruined it all

This is it for a small sizeable device with remarkable sound stuff of an unimaginable production, when compared to any other products of its kind in the world. If there is anything like edge , then are on the edge with the highest noise reduction . FANTASTIC

Overall good app with all the functions needed, however often freeze after adjusting the EQ wheel, switch app and come back.

The good: the music experience (H95) is something else. The bad: this app. The UI is alright but I really dislike the fact that a headphone config (!) app needs my physical location to unlock all the settings, this is a poor data grab. Further, there is no support for 'aptX Adaptive audio' together with a custom 'listening mode' setup as it's called in the app. It distorts the audio ouput everytime of my H95. to make it work I have to downgrade the codec of my phone after connecting over BT
