Works as described. I can browse my buckets & download files. Simple. Helpful.

Works pretty well! Intial loading might take a few seconds but after that browsing folders is near instantaneous. Would be a very good Google Photos alternative if we were able to preview our photos with a thumbail view instead of having to download them blindly based on the file name.

the only thing you can do with the files is to DOWNLOAD ...

All in all, I'm disappointed with Backblaze. Granted, sadly there are no other providers that offer unlimited backup at a reasonable price. But the user interface is awkward and unprofessional (web, desktop or mobile), as if it was made in the 90's at best. The mobile app simply doesn't work - crashes when trying to access any file and slow as hell when browsing. The customer support is fine though not great and usually gives unsatisfying responses. Anxiously waiting for a better alternative.

I'm going to be canceling my subscription as the app truly sucks. It opens the first time you go to use it - then after that, all you get is a white screen. You have to go in and completely uninstall the app (not just delete it), reinstall it, and then you get to login one time before doing it all again. Defeats the whole purpose. Some other company must have a better app.

i love Backblaze and often recommend it but this companion App is poor. I found it to be very slow to display my files and even slower to download which you have to do in order to view any file. Even tiny text files were taking ages. Would be totally unusable for some of my larger files. Would be quicker to just go home and use my PC. Even if i was overseas i think it woukd still be quicker to go home than use this App. this app doesnt work on the OnePlus 7 Pro with all latest updates.

This app used to work just fine, but now it's broken and I can't download anything from the online backup. All it actually does is list my files, which isn't terribly useful when on the go. Any updates to this app and the client software are few and far between. I know it's a relatively cheap solution, but it may be worth taking my money elsewhere soon.

The app is working great on Android 9 (OnePlus 5). Once logged in, it takes about 5 seconds to load up the data, then I'm able to browse and download. It's not as fast as the web version, but very good for a mobile app.

App is slow, limited, constantly leaves a blank screen as you navigate files, doesn't allow you to download whole folders at once, instead just individual files. Backblaze as a backup service is great, this mobile app however is not.

App seems pretty basic. Wish there was thumbnails for viewing images and videos. Could come in handy when looking for a specific file. A couple days later the app kept crashing whenever I tried to tap on a file. Any file, it would just keep crashing.
