[Permission] This App will provide 0032-4146 or 0032-8246 prefix number in front of the phone number when user try to call outside. To do so, the App needs the permission to use PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS / READ_CALL_LOG / WRITE_CALL_LOG. This permission will only add prefix number automatically in front of the phone number and it will not cause any changes to the original number.
