This is a solution for my family. I have everything online, can communicate with doctors and departments by just a click! One thing to be learned: When you delete application make sure you don't delete needed applications!

I had the same problem when trying to use the App after installing it I received the message "There was a error processing your request". I emailed AZV and was told they made a adjustment in the software. They said to delete the App completely and install it again. Answer no when the App asks you if you've already installed it on another device. It worked for me.

Upon further review the lock-screen requirement shouldn't be necessary. To insert your date of birth is unhandy since you can't manually input it takes forever to date back to your year...Also, 'personal number' in Dutch is more like persoonsnummer, but in fact it requires the last 2 numbers of your state issued personal ID number. So, that should be clearer. Also, the scanning of the barcode was ineffective. Manual input works best. Other than that, I was successful on my first try.

I also had the same problem that it gave me an error message. However I was able to continue. My issue is that the system does not allow me to add my kids so what do I have to do in order to add my kids to the app? Also the message section did not work correctly. In the section where it asks you to pick a topic there are no topics and you cannot send any messages because of that.

App suddenly doesn't work and continued to go into error. Reinstalled and unable to login. Never received a card so I don't have the azv number or do I know it out of my head nor am I able to scan the barcode. This could've been avoided altogether by giving me a card or the ability to recover it by entering your registered email address in combination with your id number.

AZV's own online website apparently fails regularly. My own doctor couldn't look up whether I was eligible for certain services or not and asked me if I had downloaded the app. Off course I had not. Why would I download an app that forces me to: - install a lockscreen which I do not want, and - register by entering personal information which I do not want on my phone? So, now I am forced by AZV who demands I install their app on my property and dictates I enter sensitive information I rather not

Used it only once to register now I can't open it anymore. It says there was an error processing your request and it won't reload. I will stick to using the plastic card not the app.

Error signing in happens too much!!! How is this possible?? We need an app that works constantly. This service is too important for having failures with the app.
