I'd have given this a solid 4 a few months ago. Now I'm irritated that I have to give it any stars at all. Used to work like a charm, and was our saving grace if the kids lost the remote. Now, it crashes on launch. Every. Single. Time. And this is using a Samsung system with an S21 Ultra on latest firmware. Generally I love Samsung products, but someone screwed the pooch with this one.

This app was a lifesaver after the remote that came with the Soundbar refused to function. Based on other reports, it's clear Samsung has opted to stop updating it, and that suggests sabotage to force us to buy new hardware. Bad idea.

The app works as intended. The "Do not show again" button is out of frame. I have a S10 + so I just adjusted my navigation bar settings. I went to "settings" > "display" > "navigation bar" and changed the navigation bar to allow full screen. That's it now I can used the app again.

Have been a samsung fan for a long time. It's unfortunate that an older later model sound bar is no longer compatible with my current cellphone. Both Samsung products. Designed obsolescence seems to be the trend among all industries. What a shame 😔

This app is broken. Never let's you get past the instructional screen showing where to press to do what. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and closed the app and opened it again, same thing. I then uninstalled it, and reinstalled it again, still nothing. This interesante like you SAMSUNG.

Garbage!! Used to work 2, maybe 3 years ago, now it just crashes when I open the app on my galaxy a12...main reason why I chose a Samsung phone this time was in hopes it was a compatibility issue with my moto e, but nope, it's just garbage ever since the updates... and the developer obviously doesn't care because I know I left a 1 star review almost a year ago, then and since, that's all you see is bad reviews and complaints of it not being functional. Fix it or ditch it!!!

The "Do not show again" for the tutorial is off screen. I managed to click the box by using the accessibility features zoom. It's on the bottom left. It looks like a line.

This app hangs up on the tutorial, will not open, just stuck on telling you how to use it. I used to use it all the time with my sound bar and it was great, now it's useless

Darn it, app doesn't work w.new phone. You can not get past the introduction screen to actually use them app. I had a slightly older phone which broker. Got a replacement running Android 11. I do not think the company is maintaining the app any longer ???

I guess if you have the right phone this is a GREAT app. I say that because on my Samsung 8 it works like a dream, but I recently upgraded phones to the 21 & it does nothing, I can't get it to actually go to the remote. It's stuck on the first screen with the wheel ☹
