No customer service. At the moment (and maybe not only) it's not possible to reach customer service (at least in the Netherlands). The website sends you into a loop to the FAQ and if you somehow manage to reach the contact form there is an error that says oops something went wrong when you submit! Is this for real? I've had very positive experiences so far with asos but this time not. I will change my review when customer service becomes available.

Always the simple layout with almost no issues!! Truly a benchmark for fashion marketplace applications 🙌 Only gripe is that Asos should stop showing products that can't be shipped to the user's location, or at least have an indication (i.e. "Does not ship to Singapore") by the product. Otherwise I'm getting tons of products I'm interested in but only to realise I can't buy them at check out; really causes shopping experience and interest to drop. Please fix this soon 🙏🙏

Straightforward, easy app to use. Good option of free delivery fo 9.95 for the year so signed up for that. Reasonable prices. Yet to see the quality of the items, but by the description and reviews, looking forward to getting them.

Unable to pay on any method on ipad so had to re add everything on phone, as apps don't sync between devices even though the same account details are used. Overall took took 2 hours... not an enjoyable experience and will put me off ordering again. No discount codes for existing customers only new customers. Not great for customer retention. Overall a bad experience. You need to do better.

Asos is my all time favourite. Customer service is always helping. I give 4 stars because in the past I was sent faulty clothes and I was really disappointed because I had to order them again. It would be easier shopping if you had reviews on the items so we would know what the shoppers think. <--- they've listened!! There is a review panel on Asos when you buy products. Well done!!

Love shopping with ASOS the app is so easy to use with so many different brands with great size options to choose from and an even easier return policy if something doesn't fit or just isn't your style you can send it right back with a full refund and for someone who is plus size and lothes the experience of shopping in stores ASOS is my main bae

Great but I really wish there were more discounts. The max discount is only 10% and that seems a little rough knowing that most of the clothes are over £35... The notification system is a little annoying as when you get a notificstion for back in stock and click on the item its gone immiedietely. Kind of pointless tbh if its so late ://

One of the worst services ever. The products either never fit or they don't arrive correctly. I have been trying to buy a pair of shoes for more than one and a half month now. The process of getting it delivered and returning it back and then getting a refund, it takes forever. My money is stuck. On top of that, the customer care isn't much help anyway. If someone is reading it and they know another app that works better, please do suggest.

Easy to navigate and select items. Good choice and size assistant makes things so much easier. Delivery is ALWAYS an issue. Nothing ever arrives on time and if it does, it goes to the wrong place. Customer service support= appalling

Quick and easy to use. Just wish I could have it in English. Just because I live in Germany doesn't mean I want app in German. Why can't Germany (English) be one of the options? It's already there in English for other regions, why not Germany?
