In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle. Mobile carrier fees may apply.
**You must be enrolled in the Bill Pay feature of Arrow Bank’s Online Banking, and your payees must be established.
