I used the app in hope of the good quality the UK version of it has, but couldn't be more dissapointed. First, the app doesn't accept foreign credit cards. I tried with three cards Visa, master, and a debit, and they didn't work even after the 3D verification is complete. Further, when you open a different app, the existing 3D verification prompt goes away, and your tickets are locked until the time runs out. I've wasted a couple hours trying to purchase a ticket and uninstalled the app.

Tried buying the ticket in android app .... error after processing my VISA card and no step back to try again. Ok, opened the web site version on my desktop PC, doesn't open purchase window. Not sure if this is just something today but this is my experience now and this sucks. I wonder does this company have IT department.

Useless app. When installed and opened for the first time, one can select English. Once the app is closed and re-opened, it is only in Croatian with no option to switch to English.

App is very slow. Also, when trying to reserve returning ticket from Rijeka to Zagreb only one bus is shown (departing 22.30), which forces me to use web.

Could be more stars, but lacking functions imho: OK to buy ticket, but really would like to be able to see all stops on the already booked trip. Payment process needs to to fill out all data once again.

I don't see the purpose of this app. It works slower than mobile web and doesn't look and feel native at all. Mobile apps should be faster and better than web, otherwise there is no point in using them.
