“Arbiter Mob Tracker” is an Android application used for Collecting Network Tower CELLID ( 2G, 3G and 4G Cell ) From Crime Spot or Current location, and yiou can search Location on google map, using CELLID Database Also address of a given Cell ID and to see the Cell ID Sector Direction in google map.
This App is only useful for several Law Enforcement agencies like State Police Departments, ATS,SOG NIA(National Investigation agency), SIB(Special Investigation Branch), CCP(Cyber Crime Police), Task force, SOT(Special Operation Team), CID(Central Investigation Department), Counter Intelligence Cell and CBI(Central Bureau of Investigation), etc.,
This App. is not at all useful for Civilians and Other Users (apart from the above mentioned Departments)
