Like others, I am unable to log in to the app on my mobile device.. When the app tries to display the boxes to enter the digits from my passcode, the app seems to time out stating, 'Something went wrong, please try again'.. This is really frustrating at a time when all I am trying to do is log on to my credit card account to pay the balance. This has only become an issue in the past few weeks. Can I suggest that an advisory be placed on the Aqua Card site advising customers what they should do in the event they experience difficulty logging on to their accounts whilst using the app?

app has much improved from.its earlier days, its very good. rates, interest and cash however, are still too high, beginner credit builders have less money yet pay more, I guess that's just the system though! that said they are good monitors of my history, they have decreased my limit once (very annoying but right of them to do so) offered me increases(rightly so) but more importantly the right to decline them. improve the % to under 30% and they get 5 stars.

It started after the latest app update. It is very hard to scroll vertically. The horizontal scroll is too sensitive and almost always a vertical scroll moves the screen horizontally and I have to start over coming back to the original screen. I am not able view my spending list unless I scroll vertically slower than a snail!!!!

The app is continously down. Everytime I try to manage my account in anyway (other than seeing my balance) it tells me the system is down. Increase credit limit? System down. Pay a balance? System down. Change direct debit? System down. The app and the Web site are useless.

I've used worse banking apps 5-10 years ago, it's not awful but it fails in some crucial areas. My card kept getting randomly declined, after a week or more of back and forth with support they eventually told me it it was because I need to use chip and pin somewhere - why can't can't app send a notification exactly like Monzo does? Or a warning before it's declined like they also do? Luckily I'm only using this to build credit, with the hassles I've had so far I'll now be going back to Monzo.

This would be a very good app if it worked properly. It stops working far too frequently. For example Trusted Retailers, I can't build a list at all so I'll not be using this part of the application.

Whenever i open the app i have to put all my login details again. This happens once in a while. Why does it do this? It works so well for quite some time where i just have to confirm with biometrics and now have to put my login details again. Aqua, please fix. Then I'll give give stars. Apart from that the app is good

Would of been 5star, but the alterations to payment method interface, so convoluted and long, like . Previous payment method interface was simple, choose amount to pay which you could enter amount physically.

Was ok till recent update. The log in boxes displaying now only half of the requested pass code numbers. Or the font is to big 😳 The top is hidden, so very hard to identify. Also the font colour is very fade (maybe bold black would be good). Having trouble with my eyeside I now need assitance to log in. Not good. Should be an easy fix though - I'm a retired webdesigner 😁 Please fix this. Thank you PS same applies to the Marbles app. Updating to 5 stars for fixing this. Thank you
