I think the app is really helpful when paying bills and tracking usage. In fact, it saved me from a phone call to switch my off peak plan instead, I did it right on the app. For which, I expected it to take a couple of billing cycles to be lower and sure enough soon it was.

Basic app, works about 30 percent of the time very slow and clunky. Most of the time when i try to log in it just freezes up at the log in page. When i can get it to work the bill pay and usage details are nice. Edit: Now it locks up my phone and crashes the feedback response.

I really want to like this app and it has huge potential. It's just slow and the navigation it just not well thought out. Notifications are so delayed, you really can not even call them notifications. Your mobile designers can do a lot better I think.

it works, power outages 3-4 times a year hasn't bothered my family. just a little inconvenience of resetting the digital clocks.

Improvement needed - Able to switch between multiple bank accounts, currently it saves one bank account anytime. No history of payments made.

Not too easy to navigate around here on this app. Doesn't give you enough info on tips and other things it claims. My payments don't go through without issues. Not happy...
