Great tool so far. Great customer service, quick response by the internal support chat. Problems resolved at the same call. I am not a sales person, vut can see the whole benefits of having many apps within the same tool. I use a lot of the workorder tool, email, and more. The tool is very intuitive, and extremely customizable with your preferences.

Terrible picture and info uploading speed constant Restarts or freezing so you have to exit yourself in the middle of posting a report. Haven't had a consistent day of use since our company switched to this app. Concept is great but the performance is Terrible

Big Customer Service Fail Barely had registered and had started setting up some permissions when I received a call from the customer service department. If it had been 2:00 PM I probably would have been fine with it. In this case it was 5:56 AM when they called. Considering I provided my phone number on the same screen as I provided my time zone, there is no excuse. How about this apptivo? Use some of your superior computing power to offer me a choice as to how obtrusively you offer help?

2 things make this app great. The customer service response is timely--the reps are informed and quickly resolve issues--and the application is customizable and offers full fledged business resources for a nominal subscription price. I've tried Salesforce, Top of Mind, Bootcamp, Zoho and a few smaller crms and found that this work best for my small operations. CRM also integrates with Slack, Google G Suite, piesync and the mobile app is functional. Great!

Best CRM I've used, and I've tried many. Was an ACT! user for years until I couldn't put up with the many software bugs. Tried Salesforce, which is fine for a large organization that collaborates, but expensive. Tried Zoho as well, not impressed. Apptivo is perfect for me, very customizable yet not expensive. Their customer service is tremendous, chat available instantly and they did a conference call with the demo to get me started (for free). Thrilled so far and I've only scratched the surface

The app keeps asking me to update. When i open the app store to update it Google Play says it doesn't have an update for this app. I can't get into the app without this nonexistent update.

Laggy. Buggy. Constantly crashing. But gets the job done. Needs a ton of refinement. *Edit* as of 4/13 it is so laggy it's frustrating I have to wait 5 minutes or more at times just for it to boot.

Faster than the website, but only useful for viewing cases, not updating. ☹️ Any time I try to edit a field I get a message "Something went wrong. Please try again."
