The app doesn't work on my Samsung A52s phone. My phone and the Genie connects via Bluetooth and I have picture on app, but as soon as I click to unlock or press any other option the app crashes/stops. I can't get it to recognize my face or to follow me. I am very disappointed.

What a joke. Might as well be putting poop in a Box and saying it is a camera tracker and here is the app so dumb and I wish people would stop just putting out stop like this. And banning products that don't work and finding and punishing people for actually publishing stuff because it is taking away from bandwidth and funds and energy to put towards things that actually work

Too many negative comments in here not to deal with issue...or are you all busy spending our money and laughing at us mugs...well hope u all get what's coming to you.. how can it not work with a galaxy n20 ultra....thus could have been a great and cost effective product, but it's like every thing in China, cheap, mass produce slave labour garbage 0 stars

It doesn't connect to Bluetooth at all.

It doesn't connect to Bluetooth. There's no way to manually override the app to use Bluetooth. I'm on Android 12 but have tried to use it on versions as low as Android 8, none of which connect. It's not a viable product.

This app does not work on Android. I will have to return the camera stand that interfaces with this app. I works for apple devices. Hopefully they update this app for Android so that it works.
