Anatomy and Physiology Systems

The application consists of : Male reproduction systems - Epididymis, Vas Deferens, Seminal Vesicles, Ejaculatory Ducts, Prostate Gland and More. Female reproduction systems - Ovaries, Fallopian Tubes, Uterus and More. Urinary System systems - The urinary system consists of two kidneys, two ureters, a urinary bladder, and a urethra. The kidneys alone perform the functions just described and manufacture urine in the process, while the other organs of the urinary system provide temporary storage reservoirs for urine or serve as transportation channels to carry it from one body region to another. Special Senses - The functions of the five special senses Skeletal System - Besides contributing to body shape and form, our bones perform several important body functions. Respiratory System - The organs of the respiratory system include the nose, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi, and their smaller branches, and the lungs, which contain the alveoli. Nervous System - The nervous system does not work alone to regulate and maintain body homeostasis; the endocrine system is a second important regulating system. Muscular System - Producing movement is a common function of all muscle types, but skeletal muscle plays three other important roles in the body as well. Lymphatic System - The lymphatic system actually consists of two semi-independent parts: (1) a meandering network of lymphatic vessels and (2) various lymphoid tissues and organs scattered throughout the body. Integumentary System - The skin and its derivatives (sweat and oil glands, hair and nails) serve a number of functions, mostly protective; together, these organs are called the integumentary system. Digestive systems - The organs of the digestive system can be separated into two main groups: those forming the alimentary canal and the accessory digestive organs. Cardiovascular systems - The cardiovascular system can be compared to a muscular pump equipped with one-way valves and a system of large and small plumbing tubes within which the blood travels. Blood anatomy and pycology - Essentially, blood is a complex connective tissue in which living blood cells, the formed elements, are suspended. Endocrine System - Compared to other organs of the body, the organs of the endocrine system are small and unimpressive, however, functionally the endocrine organs are very impressive, and when their role in maintaining body homeostasis is considered, they are true giants.
