O Anatel Serviço Móvel mostra as antenas (estações) de telefonia móvel em cada município e apresenta informações sobre as tecnologias disponíveis e a qualidade dos serviços de voz e de dados de cada prestadora. Esta versão do aplicativo inclui um novo módulo que permite aos usuários compartilharem suas experiências. É possível, por exemplo, relatar falta de sinal ou queda de ligação e verificar um mapa de eventos – construído a partir de relatos dos usuários – em determinada localidade. Esses dados contribuem para o acompanhamento da prestação do serviço, embora não gerem protocolo ou substituam as reclamações registradas pelos canais oficiais da Anatel.
