Works great on Android 8 but needs an update to work correctly with newer Android devices, and it's a bit clunky through the menus Bluetooth connection seems to be an ongoing issue, but think thats the Amplifi hardware rather than this app. Other than that it works fine

Line 6and now Yamaha, have failed to update the app, favourites (tones) are now not part of the app, I will not buy anything new from line 6, next amp will be a spark or similar, line 6 (Yamaha) abandons it's customers so I'll avoid their products, great little amp (amplifi 30) let down by buggy software, a massive corporation like Yamaha could fix this support issue, Yamaha have said fk you to it's customers, a dereliction of duty in my opinion, shame.

application crash every time i access the music library, many other issues. this is due to not maintaining the application. As an app developer you must fix the permissions issues. When will you provide a new version to control the amp?

Need to uninstall and reinstall each time I want to search for new tones. Once they are saved they remain in my library. So only an issue when I need to find a new tone.

It was good when it worked but Line 6 doesn't care about us anymore time to move on to another brand. Been using Line 6 since Spider ii. Its a shame.

Frustrating as hell. So many reasons to get into. As I'm writing this, I'm hoping like hell the update I just downloaded solves the fact that the remote is not working at all after sometimes working, sometimes not. This amp is stupid. I hate it.

Great idea, love the looks, but the app and functionality are atrocious! Contact expired tokens, updates are not existent and now Yamaha owns line 6 and I believe this expensive endeavor is unsupported! LINE 6 has forgotten it's customers and fans.

The interface is great, but the app is only as useful as its connectivity. For some reason, though, it can't seem to maintain a connection with my phone. I've tried this with multiple Android phones and had the same problem every time. Every time I try to change an effect, amp, or cab, it drops the connection. Using the equivalent app on my wife's iPhone, however, I've been able to connect and stay connected without issue.

The sounds are all wonderful, the app on the other hand is absolute trash. There are so many problems staying connected to the amp and it is far to easy to acidently leaving the app. It work far better asigning variables to the foot pedal (not included), but even then its kind of hit or miss. If you haven't bought the amp yet, dont. If you have bought the amp, enjoy how well it sounds, just don't try and giv with it.
