The app is a little clunky, but it works pretty well and is user friendly. I do wish there was a settings section where you could make UI changes. Such as defaulting to 12 time or 24 time, it's a struggle for me now that it defaults to am/pm or choose what kind of notifications you get a pop up notification for. For example, I'd love to be notified about overtime shifts but we get daily site updates that are largely irrelevant. Otherwise the app has gotten a lot better with some recent updates.

Should at least be able to cancel VET as long as it's not on the same day since they usually get full quickly, many Resource features are only accessible via inside Amazon FC, need to visit separate site to view pay details which is slow and not optimized for mobile viewing, inSTALLments in bathrooms not viewable through news section, notifications are not customizable (eg. disable for VTOs), and no dark theme. Also, why do you send SMS notifciations with a different number every time?

Super easy to use and very very helpfull! This app makes work so much easier! I can see how much time I have off and submit it through the app without having to call and speak to anyone. I can also get a breakdown of my payments and my work schedule is posted on time and totally easy to understand. Thank you! ❤

the pop up ads are extremely annoying, honestly. when you trying to clock in I don't really want to or have time to be viewing them. and as for the rewards, one of the ways to gain points is sharing news articles, but there is no share button to do that.

nice for keeping up to date & managing work related topics, but doesn't always recognize that I am in a location to clock in & if I'm on the 4th floor, no way am I trying to walk to the main area of the buildings to punch in. Luckily I can fix a missed clock punch in the app tho. Nice app to have for work for sure!

This is actually such an easy to use app. It's cheesy to say, but I wish I had had it for all my other jobs, just so convenient to be able to do practucally anything job-related all in one place!

Holy S***, what did the tech team do to mess up this app. The old design was a little buggy but at least it didn't show news ads at the top of the app or how the Covid-19 vaccine reporting COVERS the clock punch find shifts, request time off, etc buttons now. Please Fix this.

The app has been helpful especially in clocking in and out of the Centre. However, I need to be able to get my job posting pop up each time I resume for my shift.

Handy and useful for employees to receive important notifications, keep track of shifts and streamline workflow. However, as opposed to requesting days off, the app is missing a feature for employees to give their availability and/or preferences for more days of work. This could help plan shifts according to people's needs especially for temporary employees. For example I might be willing to work more this month/week while next month I am fine working only a couple of days a week

This POS does not work. Horrible company to work for, horrible app they make you use but never fix, horrible everything. Can't schedule any shifts or look up your employee info. How the hell am I supposed to pay my bills or feed my kid if I can't work? Whoever designed this monstrosity needs to find a different career. Bunch of idiots. At least they make it extremely easy to quit from within the app. Wonder why that is... Guess I'll need to find a different job, myself. FYG
