This OBDII for Android app using ELM 327 Bluetooth adapter allows to type OBD commands into car's computer, thus providing the finest control over your car. This is for users who are expert in OBD2 and manufacturer's specific command sets. If information is available, this program can be used to run KOEO & KOER tests.
