Description
The Alfred Platform combines discrete connected Smart medical devices with a peer mentor that knows the difficulties of living with an Ostomy. The app alerts patients in real time when their ostomy pouch is at a point where it should be emptied, helping to prevent any unpleasant surprises. The peer mentoring program know as the Patient Coach program provides you with a resource, a guide, and a friend. Someone to support you every step of the way in your transition to your new life.
