Alert System è stato ideato per gestire il rapporto costante fra l' Amministrazione Pubblica e la comunità in modo da rendere quest'ultima parte attiva all'interno di un contesto cittadino. Alert System è risultato essere il più efficace strumento di comunicazione diretta con i cittadini, avendo la possibilità di raggiungere enormi quantità di utenti in tempi molto brevi. Alcuni esempi dell'efficacia di AlertSystem: Comune: per i dispacci comunali, qualsiasi sia il loro contenuto, al fine di rendere i cittadini attivamente partecipi alla vita ed alle scelte del proprio comune. Protezione Civile: In caso d'incendi, terremoti, inondazioni, frane. Polizia municipale: In caso d'interruzioni stradali, corse podistiche, ciclistiche, rally. ASL: Per gestire gli appuntamenti e coordinare le varie strutture dislocate nelle frazioni. Utility: Gestione acquedotti, erogazione di gas e di energia elettrica. Trasporti pubblici e sociali: per quel che concerne interruzioni, variazioni di orari e date di disponibilità del servizio.
