I like that the quests give you small groups of elements to help narrow down potential combinations. However, this is a pay to play. You can only unlock 25% of the elements before you are forced to make micro purchases to continue. I was able to complete all available quests in a couple days before I was forced to uninstall the game. Very disappointing. Dont waste your time unless you plan to spend money.

Loved playing this game years ago...thought I'd download it again to get into. Turns out only a few elements are free to play now before you're prompted to pay to unlock more. I know for a solid fact there were way more elements to combine for free years ago. Not worth the download unless you plan to spend the money to play. Huge let down!

A little tutorial would have been nice in the beginning...but once you get the hang of it, it's quite fun. BUT! There are way too many "Locked" elements...the way it's done is pretty ridiculous. It's really a shame... otherwise this could be a 5 star game, IMO. (I've only been playing for a couple days so I'll update this review if my opinion changes as time goes on. But you know what they say about first impressions...)

What used to be a good, fun, entertaining game is now a paywall scam that barely let's you play. It will demand you come make a five star review hundreds of times during your gameplay. 60-70% of discoveries are behind paywall. Combinations barely make any sense anymore, and the fun of discovering has been entirely removed with a step-by-step walk through system that will tell you every move to make, and give you the required ingredients. There are zero options to change. All thumbs down, avoid!

I played an older version years ago, and I like this one a lot better. it gives you quests so you can make a specific element or item. This way youre not mixing things randomly. I like that it automatically gives you multiples of something on your screen if you will need more than one to make the item. it was a little weird at first, but i got used to it pretty fast.

I can't even play because it keeps popping up a message offering me 350 points if I give a 5-star review. Whoever decided that pop-up interrupting gameplay every 20 seconds was a good idea should have realized how counter-productive that was going to be lol. Anyway, there are much more well-designed alchemy games that are way more user-friendly.

Can't go any further than the first few matches without having to pay for the game. Without being able to play for more than 15 minutes before I am stopped from doing anything further without paying, why would I bother? I don't even know if the game is worth it or not yet. Shady way of calling something "free" and then requiring payment to actually use it.

Fun, thinking game. Would have given 5* except for the following: What bothers me is having to PAY to unlock elements. I know it's how you make money to fund this game, but why can't there be a choice between paying to unlock the element or to earn an extra amount of points to use for the locked element?
