This App supports virtual and face-to-face Learning Journeys which your employer has put in place for your role/job.
The App tracks where you are in a Learning Journey, allows you to join online events and delivers resources like video, images, documents, eLearning and audio files. It also helps organise and capture details of coaching conversations with your coach/manager.
The Learning Journey App also helps you to capture key actions, notes and results you have achieved when putting your training into practice and will help you to gather and provide evidence for Accredited training. It also provides your manager with the visibility required to allow them to support your development and validate your results/outcomes.
In order for you to use this Learning Journey App your employer must put an arrangement in place with Alchemist who will then issue user names and passwords.
