It is easier to use. However, you need to make it more simplified by adding a checkbox for refill next to each prescription. The customer could check each box, like a list, in one action. Thereby reducing confusion and saving time. Checkbox list is quicker and easier for the user.

Most inconsistent app I have! It often doesn't work for requesting refills with an Error notice. Medication and medical apps are important to work correctly. I have to take care of my medications and two elderly parents. Please get a good team to maintain your app. It's enough to make me consider changing to another pharmacy.

While I like the app in general, it does not tell us if a prescription is done, nor the price of it, which would be 100% helpful, because occasionally a text does not come from the pharmacy when a prescription is completed.
