App for Al-Ghurair Properties internal facility management team to cater to maintenance requests, assign to teams and track the status of each request. Key Features: View all requests logged by the tenants View list of technicians and assign them a ticket Change the status of tickets View complete log and time associated with each ticket This app allows internal supervisors of Al-Ghurair Properties to login with their credentials and view the tickets logged by the tenants. Supervisors will be able to view the details of the tickets such as pictures, videos and description. Feature to assign technicians to the tickets and change status which will be notified to the tenants. After confirmation from the technicians, supervisors can submit the request to tenants to confirm and rate the technician assigned on the job.
